1. When will my order ship?
We process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be fulfilled the next business day.

3. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order on our Order Tracking page using your order number.
4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the UK, Australia, Canada, and the USA.
5. Do you offer returns or refunds?
Absolutely. We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your order, contact us at ollavoshop@gmail.com to start a return.
6. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us immediately at ollavoshop@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the UK, Australia, Canada, and the USA. We’re working on expanding to more regions soon!
8. Can I change or cancel my order?
You have 30 minutes after placing your order to request a cancellation or make changes. After that, it may already be in the fulfillment process.
