30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition – unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be sent to the following address:

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how to send it back.
Important: Do not send items back without contacting us first — they will not be accepted.

The cost of return shipping would need to be covered by the customer.

Please note: If you're located outside of Australia, return shipping may take longer than expected.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Need a different item? The quickest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.


EU Customers – 3-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason.
The item must be:

  • In its original condition (unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging)
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
  • If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at ollavoshop@gmail.com.
